About the site

Frozen-rain.net is a freeware layouts site run by Mei Zhu. It has been online since March of 2004 and has undergone many changes throughout the years. It has been a graphics site, a portfolio, a blank page, and now this. It has also been called many different names (Aquilus and Watermark being the two most prominent.) It will most likely not be updated as much as I would like to, but what I have learned during my journey with this site is that this is what I love to do, and so this site will remain open, if not regularly updated.

The script used for updates is FanUpdate and the emoticon smilies used came from Kao-Ani. Some of the templates used in creating the link buttons for this site were created by Hiro.

About the owner

I'm Mei Zhu, but I've also been known as Sakuya Kira in the past. I'm an alum of Emory University. I enjoy writing, particularly fairytales, and playing the violin.

I'm expressive, emotional, indecisive, quirky, and rash. I'm also incredibly awkward, but always happy to make friends.
