Skybound
I have no idea what prompted me to go searching for Seifer images. I just had this sudden realization of, I want to make something out of Seifer. And then I went searching; the first logical place to look was Problematic, because it's just one hell of a gorgeous Seifer shrine. [Really, I wish I could be as dedicated to one character as she is.] If you're looking for a really gorgeous Seifer site, that's the place to go.
This layout was a pain to code because I had to make it work in both Firefox and IE. [This layout was tested in Firefox, IE, and Opera. Though it looks rather funky in Opera... but hey, it works.] Its my first premade that is purely DIV/CSS. [Go me!] I had issues with the bottom footer so I stole referenced a layout by Fanta *Shot* other than that though, I coded it all by myself. [Fanta <3]
